Black Widow cocktail. Rum based alcoholic mixed drink.Very easy to prepare. Use cocktail glass to serve it.

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

2 oz (60 ml) Diplomatico Reserva rum

1/2 oz (15 ml) Amaro Lucano liqueur

1/2 oz (15 ml) honey syrup (recipe follows)

2 dashes Angostura bitters

Method:

  1. In a shaker,combine all ingredients.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain into cocktail glass.

For Honey Syrup:

  1. In a small pot,combine 1 cup (250 ml) honey and 1 cup (250 ml) water.
  2. Heat,stirring,over medium heat,until honey dissolved.
  3. Set aside and allow to cool.
