Healthy kiwi smoothie recipe. A very easy, healthy and delicious mixed drink with kiwifruit, avocado, and mint leaves. Kiwi is a small an healthy fruit. It reach in vitamin C, which is an essential nutrient and antioxidant.

The presence of fiber and potassium in this fruit can help reduce high blood pressure, as well as support heart health. Also, kiwifruit reduces risk of diabetes and some types of cancer.

You can eat it whole, unpeeled, but most of people prefer their kiwifruit skinless.

With kiwi fruit you can make desserts, cocktails, smoothies, healthy salads, etc. Here are a few kiwi smoothies:

Kiwi Pear Power Smoothie

Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz (45 g)
baby red Russian kale, 1 ripe kiwi, peeled, 3 tablespoons (45 ml) cashews, 1 ripe pear, peeled and chopped, 1 teaspoon (5 ml) reishi mushrooms, 1 cup (250 ml) coconut water

Instructions: In a blender, combine all ingredients, except cashews. Blend until smooth. pour into chilled cocktail glasses. Top each glass with few cashews. Serve cold.

Apple Kiwi Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz (45 ml)
collard greens, 2 kiwis, peeled, 1 cup (250 ml) water, 1 apple, peeled and chopped, 1 tablespoon (15 ml) chia seeds

Instructions: In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour into cocktail glasses filled with crushed ice. Serve immediately.

Kiwi Coconut Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz (45 ml)
Swiss chard, 2 kiwis, peeled, 2 tablespoons (30 ml) coconut flakes, 1 pear, peeled and chopped, 1 cup (250 ml) water

Instructions: In a blender, combine all ingredients, except coconut flakes. Blend until smooth. Pour into cocktail glasses. Sprinkle each serving with coconut flakes. serve cold.

  • 2 oranges, peeled (optional)

Instructions

In a blender, combine all ingredients, except fresh mint leaves.

Blend well.

Strain  kiwi mixture into cocktail glasses. Serve with fresh mint leaves.
