Makes 12 servings, Ingredients: 3 pounds (1.44 kg) chicken wings, 1 teaspoon (5 ml) each: garlic powder, onion powder, salt, freshly ground black pepper, 1 cup (250 ml) water, To Toss Before Baking: 5 garlic cloves, peeled and minced, 2 tablespoons (30 ml) unsalted butter, 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt, To Toss Before Serving: 1/3 cup (80 ml) grated Parmesan cheese, 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) salt, 2 tablespoons (30 ml) chopped fresh parsley
Instructions: In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken wings, garlic powder, onion, powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss well. Pour 1 cup (250 ml) of water into the bottom of electric instant pot, then place the trivet. Add seasoned wings, close and lock the lid. Set the machine to cook at high pressure. Set the timer to cook for 6 minutes.
Meanwhile, place a rack in the middle of an oven and preheat it to 525 F (260 C).
Using the Quick Release method, bring pressure to normal, then carefully unlock and open the lid. Using tongs, remove cooked wings from the pot and transfer to a large bowl. In a small mixing bowl, combine melted butter, olive oil, and minced garlic. Stir well to combine. Pour the butter mixture over cooked chicken wings and toss well.
Arrange wings, skin-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 5-6 minutes, then broil for a further 2-3 minutes.
Turn off the oven. Remove baked wings form it and transfer to a large serving bowl. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, chopped fresh parsley, and more salt. Toss well and serve.

Preheat the oven to 350º F (175º C).
In a medium mixing bowl, combine grated Parmesan cheese, parsley, oregano, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
Line a shallow baking pan with an aluminum foil. In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Dip each drumstick in butter first, then roll in the cheese mixture. Arrange in one layer in the foil-lined pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes.
Turn off the oven and remove baked wings. Transfer to a serving plate. Serve hot.
