Ingredients

  • 1½ cups (375 ml) apple juice
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
  • 1½ cups (375 ml) frozen mixed berries
  • 3/4 cup (180 ml) vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) clear honey

Instructions

In a blender or food processor, combine apple juice, sliced banana, frozen berries, and yogurt.

Process until smooth. If the smoothie seems too thick, add a little more apple juice  (1/4 cup (60 ml).

Stir in the honey, to taste. Pour into cocktail glasses and serve.
