In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
Toss potatoes well. Transfer to a 6-quart (6 L) slow cooker.
Cover the pot and cook on high-heat setting for 3-4 hours.
Turn off the cooker and open the lid. Stir potatoes well before serving.
Transfer to serving plates. Serve hot.
