Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana, peeled and chunked
  • 1 apple, peeled, cored and sliced
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) apple juice
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) oats
  • a pinch of ground cinnamon

Instructions

In a blender, combine all ingredients, except ground cinnamon.
