Ingredients

  • 4 ears corn on the fob
  • 1 cup (250 ml) water

Instructions

Pour the water into 6-quart (6 l) electric instant pot.

Place the trivet over the water. Arrange chucked corn on the fob on the trivet.

Close the pot and lock the lid. Set the machine to cook at high pressure. Set the timer to cook for 2 minutes.

Using the Quick Release method, bring pressure to normal. Carefully unlock and open the lid.

Using tongs, remove cooked corn from the cooker. Transfer to a serving plate. Serve hot.
