Ingredients

  • 12 medium scallops, rinsed and patted dry
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • avocado oil spray

Instructions

Spray the air fryer basket with avocado oil spray.

Place the scallops in a medium bowl, then sprinkle with oil spray. Season with salt and black pepper.

Transfer seasoned scallops to the oiled air fryer basket.

Working in batches, fry at 390º F (195º C) for 4 minutes, flipping them halfway through.

Remove fried scallops from the fryer and transfer them to a serving bowl.

Repeat with remaining scallops.

Serve hot.
