Tropical pineapple smoothie recipe. Very healthy, delicious and reach of vitamins nonalcoholic mixed drink. This yummy smoothie made from tropical fruits such as pineapple,mango,banana and coconut milk.
Makes 2 cups
Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 cup frozen mango chunks
1 ripe banana,peeled and cut into chunks
1/2 cup (125 ml) coconut milk
1 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon clear honey
ground flax seeds
Method:
- In a blender,combine all ingredients.
- Mix until smooth.
- Serve with fresh pineapple wedge.
