- 1½ cups (375 ml) apple juice
- 1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced
- 1½ cups (375 ml) frozen mixed berries
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) vanilla yogurt
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) clear honey
In a blender or food processor, combine apple juice, sliced banana, frozen berries, and yogurt.
Process until smooth. If the smoothie seems too thick, add a little more apple juice (1/4 cup (60 ml).
Stir in the honey, to taste. Pour into cocktail glasses and serve.
