- 2/3 cup (160 ml) pumpkin puree
- 2 medium frozen bananas, peeled
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) clear honey
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 cups (500 ml) vanilla soy milk or water
In a blender, combine all ingredients.
Blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add more soy milk or water.
Pour into tall glasses. Serve immediately.
