Apple banana cinnamon smoothie recipe. A very healthy, easy and delicious nonalcoholic mixed drink.
- 1 ripe banana, peeled and chunked
- 1 apple, peeled, cored and sliced
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) apple juice
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) oats
- a pinch of ground cinnamon
In a blender, combine all ingredients, except ground cinnamon.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass cup. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon. Enjoy!
