- 1 cups (375 ml) water
- 3 tea bags
- 4 cardamom pods, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) milk
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2-3 whole cloves
In an instant pot safe bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well.
Wrap the bowl in aluminum foil.
Pour 2 cups (500 ml) water into the instant pot, then arrange the trivet. Place the wrapped bowl on top of the trivet.
Close the pot and lock the lid.
Set the machine to cook at high pressure. Set the timer to cook for 4 minutes.
Using the Quick Release method, bring pressure to normal. Carefully unlock and open the lid.
Remove the bowl from the cooker and strain the liquid. Ladle into tea cups. Enjoy!
