Ingredients

  • 1½ pounds (720 g) Russet potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

Preheat your air fryer to 375º F (190º C) for 5 minutes.

Grease the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray.

Add potato wedges to a large bowl and drizzle with vegetable oil.

In a small mixing bowl, combine chili powder, cumin, paprika, coriander, garlic powder, and ground cinnamon. Mix well.

Sprinkle the dry mixture over potatoes and toss well. Transfer seasoned potatoes to the air fryer basket (you may need to work in batches).

Fry for 20 minutes, flipping once halfway through.

Remove fried potatoes from the fryer and transfer them to a serving plate. Sprinkle with salt.

Serve hot.
