Amer Picon Cooler

Amer Picon cooler. Gin based alcoholic mixed drink.Use highball glass to serve it.

Makes 1 drink

Ingredients:

1 ½ oz (45 ml)

1 oz (30 ml) gin

1/2 oz (15 ml) cherry liqueur

1 teaspoon sugar syrup

1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

Club Soda

Method:

1. In a shaker filled with crushed ice,combine all ingredients.
2. Shake well.
3. Strain into highball glass.
4. Add Club Soda and more ice.
