Apple Swizzle Cocktail

Apple swizzle cocktail. This is very delicious cocktail. Strong combination of apple brandy and white rum.

Ingredients:

1 ½  oz (45 ml)  apple brandy

1 oz (30 ml) white rum

1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 teaspoon powdered sugar

a few dashes Angostura bitters

fresh apple wedges for garnish

Method:

1. In a shaker filled with ice,combine all ingredients,except apple wedges.
2. Strain into cocktail glass over crushed ice.
3. Garnish with apple wedges and serve.
