Culross cocktail. Rum based alcoholic mixed drink.An extremely strong combination of rum and brandy. Serve it with a Japanese-inspired ice ball,which melts very slowly and keep this tasty drink cold.
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz (45 ml) gold rum
1/2 oz (15 ml) Lillet liqueur
1 teaspoon apricot brandy
1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lime juice
Method:
- In a shaker filled with ice,combine all ingredients.
- Shake well.
- Strain into cocktail glass.
- Add ice and serve.
