Pisco sour cocktail. This is delicious brandy based mixed drink. Brandy from Chile called pisco and made from Muscat grapes.
Ingredients:
2 oz (60 ml) Pisco Barsol Quebranta brandy
1 oz (30 ml) freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 oz (15 ml) simple syrup
1 fresh egg white
dash of Angostura bitters
Method:
- In a shaker filled with ice,combine all ingredients.
- Shake well and strain mixture into old fashioned glass.
