Slow Cooker Oatmeal Breakfast Recipe
Top cooked oatmeal with desired fresh berries, such as raspberries and blueberries, and pomegranate seeds. Sprinkle each serving with shredded coconut.
- 6 cups (1.5 L) water
- 2 cups (500 ml) oats
- 1 teaspoon salt
- milk (optional)
In a 4-quart (4 L) slow cooker, combine water, oats, and salt.
Cover the pot and cook on low-heat setting for 5½-6 hours.
Turn off the slow cooker and open the lid. Stir cooked oats well before serving. Transfer to serving bowls.
Serve with milk, if desired and top with fresh berries and pomegranate seeds. Sprinkle each serving with shredded coconut. Enjoy!
