Wink Cocktail

Wink cocktail. Gin based alcoholic mixed drink. Use cocktail glass for this cocktail recipe.

Makes 1 drink

Ingredients:

1 oz (30 ml) gin

1/2 oz (15 ml) Triple Sec

1/4 oz (8 ml) Absinthe

Simple Syrup

Dash of Peychaud Bitters

lemon twist

Method:

1. In a shaker filled with ice,combine all ingredients,except lemon twist.
2. Shake well.
3. Strain mixture into cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with lemon twist.
5. Serve immediately.
