Halve each cracker into 2 squares.
Working in batches, place half of crackers (6) in the air fryer basket (do not stack)
Put a piece of chocolate into each cracker half.
Bake at 350º F (175º C) for 2 minutes.
Open the fryer and add a marshmallow to each piece of melted chocolate. Bake for a further 1 minute.
Remove baked s'mores from the oven.
Repeat with the remaining 6 crackers.
Top with remaining cracker squares. Serve immediately.
