Cadiz Cocktail

Cadiz cocktail. Wine based light alcoholic drink.An excellent combinations of two liqueurs and heavy (double) cream.

Ingredients:

3/4 oz (25 ml) Amontillado wine

3/4 oz (25 ml) blackberry liqueur

2 teaspoons Triple sec

2 teaspoons heavy (double) cream

Method:

1. In a shaker,combine all ingredients.
2. Shake well.
3. Strain into cocktail glass filled with ice.
