East India Cocktail

East India cocktail. This is a brandy based alcoholic mixed drink. garnish it with a lemon twist and fresh cherry.

Ingredients:

2 oz (60 ml) brandy

1 teaspoon Curacao liqueur

1 teaspoon pineapple gomme syrup

2 dashes maraschino liqueur

2-3 dashes Angostura bitters

Method:

1. In a shaker,combine all ingredients.
2. Shake well.
3. Strain brandy mixture into cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with lemon twist and fresh cherry.
