Ingredients
- half of large ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) milk (soy milk)
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) pure vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/8 teaspoon (0.6 ml) salt
Instructions
In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into highball glasses. Serve cold.
