Ingredients

  • 2 16 oz (480 g) each package frozen baby carrots, thawed and drained
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup (180 ml) lite pancake syrup
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

Lightly grease inside of slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.

In the greased pot, combine all ingredients. Mix well.

Cover the cooker and cook on high-heat setting for 5 hours.

Turn off the slow cooker and open the lid.

Remove candied carrots from the pot and transfer to a serving dish. Drizzle with more cooking liquid.
