Ingredients

  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 medium overripe bananas, peeled
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

In a medium mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, salt, and baking soda.

Stir well and set aside.

Place peeled bananas in another large bowl, then add walnuts and sugar.

Using a fork, smash bananas and mix them with sugar and walnuts. Stir in beaten egg and melted butter.

Beat in the flour mixture and mix until it forms a slightly wet dough.

Lightly grease the  loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place the pan into the car fryer basket.

Fry at 350º F (175º C) for 15 minutes.
