- 2 16 oz (480 g) each package frozen baby carrots, thawed and drained
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) lite pancake syrup
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Lightly grease inside of slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
In the greased pot, combine all ingredients. Mix well.
Cover the cooker and cook on high-heat setting for 5 hours.
Turn off the slow cooker and open the lid.
Remove candied carrots from the pot and transfer to a serving dish. Drizzle with more cooking liquid.
