- 8 crostini
- 1/2 pound anchovy fillets
- 1/4 pound (120 g) smoked Mozzarella cheese
- fresh lettuce leaves
- 4 fresh tomatoes, sliced
Place one lettuce leaf on each crostini. Top with a slice of smoked cheese and anchovy fillet.
Broil for about 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
remove from the broiler and transfer to serving plates.
Top with a slice of fresh tomato. Serve immediately.
