- 1 pound Vienne sausages, sliced
- 1 medium yellow onion, peeled and diced
- 2-3 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
- 3 cups (750 ml) chicken stock
- 6 medium Yukon potatoes, peeled and chunked
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flaked
- 1 large carrot, peeled and chopped
- chopped fresh parsley, for serving
In a 6-quart (6 L0 electric instant pot, combine all ingredients, except sausages and bacon. Cover the pot and lock the lid. Set the machine to cook at high pressure.
