Slow Cooker Ham and Potatoes au Gratin Recipe
Preparation time 20 minutes. Slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours.
- 2 cups (500 ml) cooked ham
- 2 5 oz (150 ml) packages dry au gratin potato mix
- 3 cups (750 ml) water
- 10¾ oz (325 ml) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
Lightly grease inside 4-quart (4 L) slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
In a greased pot, combine ham, potato mix with contents of seasoning packets. Mix well.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the water and cheese soup. Stir well and pour over mixture in cooker.
Cover the slow cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 7-8 hours.
Turn off the pot and open the lid. Stir ham and potato mixture well before serving. Transfer to a serving bowls.
