Ingredients
- 4 Russet potatoes, rinsed and pat dried
- olive oil spray
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, divided
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) sour cream (use 2 % plain Greek yogurt as an alternative)
- minced fresh chives
- dash of freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Using the fork, pierce the potatoes all over. Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket.
Fry at 400º F (200º C) for 35 minutes. or until a knife inserted into the center of the potatoes comes out easily.
Remove baked potatoes from the fryer and split open them.
