Instant pot poached nectarines in white wine. Learn how to cook easy and yummy dessert in an electric instant pot.
- 2 cups (500 ml) Moscato wine
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 3-inch (7.5 cm) cinnamon stick
- 4 ripe nectarines, skin-on, pitted
In a 6-quart (6 L) instant pot, combine the wine, sugar, and cinnamon. Stir well.
Close the pot and lock the lid. Set the machine to cook at high pressure. Set the timer to cook for 4 minutes.
Using the natural Release method, bring pressure to normal. Carefully unlock and open the lid.
Using a slotted spoon, remove cooked nectarines form the cooker and transfer to a serving plate.
Return the uncovered instant pot to high pressure. Boil the liquid until it reduced to 1 cup (250 ml). Discard the cinnamon stick.
Pour thickened sauce over the cooked nectarines. Serve immediately.
