- 1/2 cup corn kernels
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
Heat the oil in an 6-quart (6 L) electric instant pot turned to the sauté mode.
Add kernels and coat evenly with hot oil.
Add the garlic salt and stir well. Cook, stirring often, for a couple of minutes, or until it start popping.
Cover the cooker with a glass lid that fits with the inner pot. Cook for a further 5 minutes.
Carefully remove the lid. Transfer popcorn to a serving bowl. Enjoy!
