Ingredients
- 16 oz (480 g) package prepared polenta, sliced into french fries
- olive oil cooking spray
- salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 350º F (175ºC) for 5 minutes.
Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil cooking spray.
Working in batches, place polenta fries in the greased basket and lightly spray with cooking spray. Season with salt and black pepper.
Fry for 10 minutes, then, using a wooden spatula, flip them and cook until crispy, for a further 5 minutes.
Remove fried polenta chips from the fryer and transfer them to a paper-lined plate. Repeat with remaining fries.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping.
