Air fryer healthy kale chips recipe. Very easy and healthy vegetarian recipe cooked in an air fryer. I used Kyvol Air Fryer to make this recipe.
Air Fryer Healthy Kale Chips Recipe

- 5 cups fresh kale, large stems removed and chopped
- 2 teaspoons (10 ml) canola oil
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 cup grated vegan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss well.
Preheat your air fryer to 400º F (200º C) for 5 minutes.
Spay the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray.
Working in batches, air fry kale at 390º F (195º C) for 2-3 minutes.
Shake the basket well, then sprinkle with grated cheese and continue frying for a further 2-3 minutes, or until crispy. Repeat with remaining kale.
